Yet another "I don't deserve to lose $5" thread. Maybe we can set up a fund for these guys... o_O

If you don't like the cantankerous nature of the buyer, block them. And stop listing items for sale until you have your camera's white balance sorted out. It will save you having to experience the grief you're going thru now all over again.

Not a bad idea, but alas... if based on the amount of complaining, all would go to one unbelievably self defeating individual.

The OP hasn't chimed in since he posted the photos in post #8 with the notation "I don't see the problem." I hope that after all the comments above, he finally sees the problem.

One thing is for certain, I would never risk getting a negative on eBay in an argument over $4.50. The OP should just take this as a lesson learned: post photos that actually resemble the item you're selling.

eBay is a buyer's market, sure. But it's no different than a retail establishment really, your motto basically needs to be "the customer is always right, even if he's an idiot or an abusive jerk."

Thread should have ended here as this is sales 101 errrrrr ok Sales 101 for those who want to be in sales.

BTW did Isee a post somewhere about limiting/banning buyers from their goods? Ive seen some buyer black lists. What I would really like to see/use is a list of coin dealers who actively blacklist buyers.

What would you do about such a list?

It's possible the OP is color blind.
