I've noticed through a lot of roll searching that, obviously, the '40s and '50s are the most common. However, I've found some earlier than that.

I decided to take a look at the PCGS price guide. Of course, I know that most of those values will not be the realized prices on your coins. However, I noticed that the 1936 pennies are much higher in value on that guide than the others. Is this true in general or is that just from that guide?

On the numismeda price guide I don't see a real difference in the price.

Are you sure you're not thinking of 1931-D and 1931-S? They have low mintage.
