1994 cent BIE?

is this s BIE? nit really sure what this is.

Hard to tell sometimes on zinclons if it's a die break or if it's a corrosion bubble.

 

As already mentioned, plating bubbles
can be a problem on zincs but it does
appear to be a BIE and a nice one too.

 

Notice how it's slightly short of
reaching the top of the adjacent
letters but extends slightly past
them at the bottom? That's a
common pattern on 50's era BIEs.
