I have 2 of them 1 looks like it can be AU and the other one is fair. I was just wonder what they would be worth?
there is a handful now on ebay for comparison...but I think avg they might start at 20-25....... if you found 2 you must live in the Northeast
Yeah Im in NYC. I go to banks on 42nd. street sometimes because of the tourist that visit. I got both of those out of a 2500 cent search.
most people that find this variety live in the Northeast like myself. Im over near Syracuse and have found 2. New England, NYC, NJ, Phil is the best place to find these. I read other searchers can't find one in other part of the country. Location is the best key to finding varieties. The "D" mintmark is a tougher one to find. I think ones who have found them have been in the Midwest say like near MO..... I haven't heard of anyone say like in CA finding "D" one.
