    here is the coin, the funny thing to me is if its a mint mark over mint mark,,,, i thought they started putting them in the die? lots of ?s sorry // any ideals ?

    Plating issues. There are no RPMs after 1989 as the mint started adding the mintmarks to the master dies as opposed to the working dies after that.
