Hone Grading Skills, 1830 Capped Bust Half

    Here is an ANACS graded (obviously cleaned at some point) 1830 Capped Bust Half, Overton-102 with an R-3 rating. What grade or net grade would you give it?

    You guys know your grading :). ANACS gave it an EF Details with a (cleaned) EF-40 grade.
