Possible double die?

    There's an extra curve to the right of the second 9, it follows the same pattern and curve. When you angle it to catch the light you can see what looks like doubling on the 199. The 2 doubling is easy to see on the left of it. So I think it's a DDO, but I'm not really sure so any help is appreciated.

    This is a common plating issue for 1992. It is not a doubled die.
    Keep up the hunt!
