    Not that it matters, but are you sure? I have found a g barber quarter in a wall before, and it looked very similar. I doubt it was cleaned by a collector.

    Circulating hairlines are circular from the coins bouncing around in pockets and tills.

    Whenever you see coins with hairlines running in straight lines, it was caused by a cloth rubbing back and forth.

    You know it's strange, metal is so tough, but something as delicate as a cloth can scratch it.

    Diamonds are one of the more delicate gemstones that are used in jewelry, and they can scratch everything on the planet.
