GtG...Predicted PCGS vs. Actual ICG

Hi all,

Just received this beauty in the mail today! I gambled on some poor pictures and I think it paid off. I'm thinking of crossing it over to PCGS, and considering I am no where near a Bust expert I am wondering whether it will cross at its current grade or downgrade.

So a quick GtG! If you want to participate, guess:
a) the predicted PCGS grade (The grade you think PCGS would give it) and
b) the actual ICG grade it has currently

A couple pictures below...the ICG slab in general appeared a bit foggy/opaque, making it hard to get a clear shot. Deep blues on the obverse and mottled rainbow toning on the reverse...as a side note, though the pictures do not show it the coin is definitely not lacking luster. It has not been dipped at all, as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks for all of the responses! A quick question -- what do you think would cause the "Questionable Color" designation for the coin? Would it be the blue color on the obverse?

 

I actually think the reverse is more questionable. Kind of hard to tell from the pictures.

 

I tend to see the green on the reverse as the extremely questionable color.
