Have You Found 2013 Coins in Your Change?

I've found every 2013 P&D coin in circulation so far with the exception of the 2013D dime. I grabbed $100 worth of dimes yesterday to see if I could find one but the only thing I found was a 1952 Roosie

I like the 1952, but I'm surprised that you haven't found a 2013-d dime. It must have been rolled before 2013.

 

I need a 13-P nickel and dime, but thats it. I dont search for quarters, so. Being in MN, I tend to get more Denver minted stuff anyway, so this doesnt surprise me much.

 

Basically, if you live in the area from the Rocky mountains through the Appalachians, you're more likely to find D mint coins than P mint coins.

 

That's all I'm seeing lately....(Alabama). I even found a 2013-P nickel with traildies and sent it in....it was photographed and published on www.traildies.com under the 2000-2020 reverse link. Kinda cool...says "Found by Karen Johnson". It was the first 2013 nickel attributed to the site (don't know if it was the first one found ever or not of course)

 

Cool cool. From late January to early April I got nothing but solid boxes of 12 and 13p's. I didn't check them for errors because it was enough work to unwrap every roll to then take right back to the bank and dump in the machine.

 

i live on the east coast an have gone to 2 local banks half a dozen times in past two months to get boxes of coins an all they have are new 2013 coins , i'll be trying again this week...

 

I live in Maryland and have had the same problem. Nothing sucks worse than getting 8 boxes of cents and 2 boxes of nickels, hauling them all home, opening them up to see shiny new 2013p's, and then having to unroll them all, haul them back to the bank, and dump them all in the coin machine.

 

LOL i still have about 25 rolls of new dimes and 25 of new cents that i keep "putting off till later"..

P.S. tellers in my main bank now know to check the box top for me to make sure they are not new

 

Nice. My bank orders the boxes I get especially for me every week so I feel obligated to take them...even if I do end up bringing them back a day later to dump in the machine

 

Mine do the same for me, often I'll get a box with a couple Wheaties showing

ive found so many!!!! yesterday i got 4 2013 national park quarters (forgot which ones) and i have a whole ziplock bag full of my mint condition 2013 coins! But i live near phily so maybe thats why

 

yep
cents- 25 (first in feburary)
nickels- 4 (first in april)
dimes- 2 (first in april)
quarters- 28 (first in february)
halves- none, but i found a 2012 recently
dollars-1 (in july)

 

Got $175 worth of 2013P cents on Thursday. Blah.

 

Found a 2013 McKinley Presidential Dollar D in my last round of buying Prez Dollars, and bought a $25.00 Jefferson D. Mint Roll at the bank that someone had deposited.

 

2013 change is pretty regular here. Heck, even finding 2013 quarters as well!

 

I found a whole box strait from the mint of brand new 2013 Lincoln Cents today. I dumped them strait into by dump bank bucket.

 

I have only seen a 2013 Penny so far.
