Hi, I just saw this half cent. I'm not an expert on it. Is it genuine? Which grade would it be if it were?

    Thanks a lot!

Looks good solely based on the pics. Hard to tell, but XF-AU detail, cleaned. Maybe recolored. As noted you might weigh the coin.

Looks good sole based on pics. Cleaned and possibly retoned - XF or better detail. Weigh the coin.

If you enlarge the picture, you can see heavy scratches on the obverse and rim damage at 12 o'clock on the reverse. These problems could downgrade it to VF details only.

5.3 Grams which seems in the range. Allegedly it's from an old collection and is listed on a European auction site.

    Thanks for the replies

At it's apparent grade there's too much money involved to be guessing:
    -- whether it's genuine
    -- whether it's been cleaned
    -- what it's grade is.

Making such judgments from those pictures is not reasonable.
If you can't tell it's unlikely we will either.
Buy it slabbed OR get it slabbed (if there is a return policy).
