What's it worth?

Hi I have a 1963 10 centimes it is french.
Picture 1 Shows the front and picture two shows the back but why is it upside down?
And what is the value?

your coins detail looks so-so. I can not tell the detail from your poor photos. I would hazard a guess of value between 5-10 cents. some french coins have coin and medal alignments.

Okay and it was in my collection so I don't mind the value. But I am intrigued into why it is upside down on the back?
