Hello everybody! I need your help! Some days ago I've got 14 chinese coins and I couldn't find any chinese date converters on the internet, so I don't know, which years are the coins from! Could you give me some tips ? Thank you, and excuse me because of my spelling mistakes, because as you can see, I write from Hungary!
I believe old Chinese coin's date base on the King, every time the new king start his own calendar, for example, I m the new king, this year will be " 5hills' 1st year" then 2nd, 3,4,,, If you kown to type Chinese, you should able find some answer on line. Here is some for you reference . http://help.kongfz.com/?act=detail&contentId=99
I'm not sure if you can post links on the site, but this might help you: http://www.mandarintools.com/calconv_old.html It is tough, find some of these things online and figuring how to convert. Sometimes it seems strange that we all use so many different systems. To each his own though.
Thank you both! But as you can see in the pictures, there aren't any arabic numbers on the coins, so I can't use these website, because there ar different numbers between the chinese characters: http://help.kongfz.com/?act=detail&contentId=99 The pictures about the coin: https://www.google.hu/search?safe=o......1ac.1.25.img..0.7.798.ebFNIevwIQQ#imgdii=_ Thank you so much!
