5 no s proof Lincoln's on eBay

You know, the S Mint mark didn't appear on proof coins until 1968.

 

He might be referring to the 1990 no-S proof cents?

I took a look at the completed auctions for 1990 no-S and there were several, including this Prestige set which has poor pictures but I am fairly sure the cent in the set has been replaced with a polished Philadelphia coin.
