Is this mercury dime full bands?

    Was searching deals online for mercury dimes and I came across this. It is raw and not marked split bands but was wondering if it was

    NO. The divider must be unbroken and clear, on all three of horizontal for it to be FB.

    Not even close. It's completely flat in the middle.

    That depends on who you ask. NGC requires all 3 lines be clear and unbroken. But PCGS only requires the center band be clear and unbroken.

    Collectors and dealers are no different, some will go one way and some will go the other.
