I wanted to thank everyone in advance for your help, I've been learning a lot from these forums! I was called from my bank that they received this bill. I couldn't find much information, so I figured I'd post it here. From my research, I can't find much if this miscut is severe enough to justify holding on to it - especially because of what looks to be a staple mark on the right hand side - what are your thoughts?
