One side has Cornwal Lis. I nd on it the other British Faks (not sure about this last bit coin is worn) and a seated Brittania and the date 1767

It is an Evasion Halfpenny - listed in my Withers book as #70 - Cornwal Lis Ind, with British Tars on the reverse. Date should be 1797, so this could be a variant or mistrike. Made in the US in the years following Independence as a loose imitation of the British 18th Century Halfpennies, and used as currency. These are much collected - this one appears to be quite scarce with a price in the book of GBP 70 in fair condition!
