    I appreciate your supporting words, but please, don't call me an expert. An expert is someone who gets paid for their opinion... :p UNLESS you are inferring that you are willing to pay me for my opinion, which would be WONDERFUL! :D

    Here is my opinion on the coin: The mintmark DOES look doubled, but unfortunately seeing as how the coin is post-1989, it cannot be an RPM variety. It could be some form of die deterioration doubling, or maybe some other form of "worthless" doubling. Unfortunately, the image becomes too pixelated when I zoom in fully so I cannot say 100% if it is die deterioration.

    When i first learned about die deterioration i was so bummed out i had a bunch of stuff i pull out of coin roll hunting and was all junk.

    Wish I could see the entire coin but looks like some kind of PMD, like someone scratched across his neck on purpose.
