Luxembourg 1945? 5 franc note

    My grandma gave me this note after she found it in an old writing desk she bought at an estate sale. Can someone possibly help me identify and value it?

    I don't collect Luxembourg, but it appears to be P43a, issued in 1944. My catalog is a bit dated and shows a value in VF of $5.00.

    Grand Duchess Charlotte is pictured on the note - it was printed by the American Banknote Company and was likely first circulated as Luxembourg was liberated. The Grand Duchess was rather attractive for a royal from that time:
