I nailed it already, 71-D-25C RDV-008 UNVC-1219 DMR-002 This matches all their pics. MM exact location , No Serif on N of UNUM etc, and no doub on Q - finally no doub is a good thing
This is an 006, too. The 008 has stronger wings, and the leaf in front of the arrows extends much farther above the arrow points and curls slightly to the left. Also, check the leaf above the "A" in dollar, it should be connected to the "A" on an 008. Basically, it will look like the older type B
This one was made with a worn wrinkly sadistically polished die, but the leaf seems to touch the A, is that touching enough? It has a tiny die crack coming off the wing into the A like they mention, but they do not have a comparison photo. Last photo is marked up to indicate how far up the leaf is.
