Real or not....

I found this while roll searching, it has the same diameter as a normal nickel along with the same thickness. Sorry for the bad photos.

I've seen these a lot in coin rolls... It's real. Just dug out of the ground or something. BTW why would u fake a 1969 nickel?!

 

Fake as in someone bonded a layer of copper to a normal nickel for no apparent reason.

Why do you say it was dug? This coin is RB.
