I am with the pessimists, the pictures really look odd, how can one possibly choose such a background...?
I agree . . . there must be some self-serving purpose behind selecting a background that the coin blends into, rather than one contrasting with it to show off the coin's attributes.
If that coin were a 67, it would most likely have been in a slab already. Some collector would have recognized that based on condition, even a common date like that is worth about $800 in 67. So, I doubt a dealer or some other collector would not have the good sense to submit it. As a 65, it is a $80-$100 coin, but 67? Would probably have been slabbed already.
