    Hey cointalk,
a couple of months ago, my friend (who wishes to be anonymous) came back from a trip to NC, and he gives me a neat gift that he got from an antique shop... image.jpg
...and wishes me a happy late birthday.
Ah, isn't it good to have a friend?

Especially ones that see something and know you'd appreciate it no matter what.

Provided that his parents think so too. ;) Nice birthday present indeed, Ricky!

I don't think coins776 gets presents from his friends in NC...

Exactly. If a member posted on this thread for the simple purpose of belittling some kid's present he got from a friend, then I don't think a family forum is the best place for him... :)

Well, this friend of mine wasn't really a coin guy, so he probably asked for an inexpensive but nice coin there, and found that Buff. and considering that he's a kid too, he well doesn't have much more money for other stuff.

What a great friend to have. You should put it in a nice holder and keep it safe.

Those who remember the Blue Max
movie may recall that the medal was
made from scrap iron at a cost of five
Marks. But it was the highest honor
given to a pilot and the best that
    Germany could do.
