Wyoming quarter possible error

Im not even sure if this is an error and my camera couldnt take a good picture of it but it looks like on the cowboys hair there is a slice through it . it could be a die break but i havent seen much of those ever and im too young of a collector to really have the feel for die breaks. If anyone hase heard of these please tell me

Without a photo, I would only be guessing..........sort of like playing darts blindfolded.

I would suggest maybe buying usb microscope? That is what I use. If you check out wexlerdiesandvarieties.com I believe it is called, you can find a site there that shows different quarter errors.
