    Are you sure that #4 is supposed to be a "^" and not simply the base of the shaft where the blade of the spear begins?

    The "9" and the "W" of IGWT appear to have die chips in them which are fairly common on letters and numerals.

    At the time that people used this kind of arrow for hunting. I don't think they were using Inter-changeable ends o some kind of room in the arrow for store electronics chips.

    It is not an arrow. It is a spear. I'm suggesting that the barbed end may have been inserted into a wooden shaft and most probably used for fishing.

    Maybe they had electronic chips in the spear to act as a fish-finder and the spear would vibrate when a school of fish approached.

    The only way to see, if was AN ERROR ON THE DESIGN. O it's OK like that. Is "visiting" the Museum of Natural science at Central Park. Something I'll do in the next 2 weeks.

    this is the offical mint design . the die chips on the coins is fairely common.
