I don't have a place in my album for the silver proofs but they look so much better then even the bu business strikes. Im thinking about putting silver proofs in the clad holes but im not sure if i want to go against the labels. If something happened to me no one would remember there was silver in those holes ect. Which would better clad or silver. i know the clad ones have a huge mintage and are very common would silver be better in the long run. I do plan on after completing my 20th/21st century album buying another and filling it with as many silver coins as possible with modern silver proofs ect and even having another war nickle in the 1938 to date hole. but i wont be able to do this for awhile.
i wish there was a page to add so i could do both types would it realy be a 20th century type set with out the clad
I have a label maker and that's what I do. now the collection is the way I want it not always the way the album maker lays it out.
I find state and district quarters ugly and atb looks netter in proof and i pile silver thats why im not sure what todo i like putting sets together to help tje next generations if they need money ect and decied to sell after im gone. I see that modern proofs dont have value lile modern unc does but silver migjt ne better because of its added melt
