I have to admit the Peace Dollar is not one of my favorite coins. I think some of you feel differently. Got any good ones?

I agree, the peace dollar is kind of dull..

Its one of my favorites, its a big dollar and the reverse is beautiful. I don't have one to post that would knock your socks off though.

I find that modt pece dollars I see are weakly struck for some reason. They just don't have the sharp details of other coins. The design is ok, but whenever I see one in person, it just looks so unappetizing...

yeah, the relief is pretty low, but the 1921 is high relief so that one would probably be nice in in hand, I have yet to see one in person.

Being a toner enthusiast, the Peace dollar series intrigues me.
Attractively toned ones are much more rare than most series.
I have had a few, and still have some.

I have Quite a few Ungraded, and Graded Peace Dollars. Since taking my fathers collection, they have became my favorite coins besides the Morgan dollars...

Peace dollars are one of my favorite series! For my part, I like the short series and history. I only have one blurry picture of one of my raws. Thanks for the thread!

    Hi guys,
I'm new here and a long time collector of US Coins.
These coins are easily avaiable in germany where I life. But seldom in good condition.
Would you help me in grading this Peace Dollar?
Avers is bright, revers completely darkened.
    Hope Pictures are good enough.
    Thanks from germany

    Hello to Germany!

Nice Peace dollar. Based on those images, yours appears to be unicirculated. It would be difficult to give a more accurate grade without better images though.

Dang Ripley, is it just the image, or is that bad girl polished heavily? Ohh the humanity!
