Did I find what I think I found? 1970D

    No, you didn't find a DDO. I think what you see as doubling might be circulation wear/damage.

    The top of the 7 is twice as thick as any other 1970 that doesn't happen when something wears. The O is definitely doubled

    There are many class 5 doubled dies for this date that would be too subtle to pick up from your pics, but I'm not seeing anything. I'm not sure what you're referring to with the 0, but the extra thickness of the 7 looks like a hit. And yes, NorthKorea is absolutely right, seeming extra thickness can occur from circulation, and often does. Anything from hits, to general in-pocket wear can flatten the devices and make them appear thicker.
