This one is definitely different from my other 1970D cents. The reverse is similar to the others but the obverse on this one shows doubling to my warped eyes. I couldn't find one to match on any site.
The top of the 7 is twice as thick as any other 1970 that doesn't happen when something wears. The O is definitely doubled
There are many class 5 doubled dies for this date that would be too subtle to pick up from your pics, but I'm not seeing anything. I'm not sure what you're referring to with the 0, but the extra thickness of the 7 looks like a hit. And yes, NorthKorea is absolutely right, seeming extra thickness can occur from circulation, and often does. Anything from hits, to general in-pocket wear can flatten the devices and make them appear thicker.
