British occupied Egypt ^ This is my new favourite base metal ! ^ ^this was dirt cheap and it ticks a box for now 1/4 rupees are fairly hard to come by of QV so I've seen. !
Alot of these are gap fillers due to obverse wear however there are also some great little coins here I didn't pay alot for the lower grades so have been happy

Not a coin but I thought this might interest any fellow anglophiles! Saxon Gravestone being sold today about 5 miles from me... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-23522065
I could get it home, but not afford it! I suspect it will go for a good deal more than that, and to a museum, which is probably where it ought to be anyway.
Your right a museum will take it I am sure. Plus finding a place to displaying it would take up a lot of space and floors would most likely need reinforcing too.
Gosh Jello remember the 50's and early 60's when the best bikes came from the UK ??? My first bike was a BSA "Gold Star."
My 1st motorcycles was Bsa Thunder Bolt that was one light and fast bike. I wish I still owned it!!!!
LOL small world Jello. My 2nd bike was a Kawasaki K2 the 750cc 2 stoke. Thats the one I wish I still had.
I love some of my old silver coins and this is a new addition to that ! I know it is a non circulating but its a massive silver coin so who wouldn't want it ? Another to add to my aus/NZ tradesman tokens..
Well since we are having a Britophile love in, I will add a nifty car I owned back in the day my 1978 MGB.
