So I went to a new coin shop today and picked this coin up. He had it in his to be graded pile of coins, I wasn't looking to buy a Seated Coin but after the 1870 Proof got away from me, this was the next best thing, and in my price range! The blue toning on the coin is amazing on both the obverse and reverse! These pictures were taken with the coin still inside the 2x2 and I'll probably have better pictures here within the next few hours, but I had to get up up here!

Do you think it's worth sending in to get graded? I'm guessing either an AU-55 or AU-58, your thoughts?

It's worth grading. I've seen AU examples going for $400 or more. Great coin!

It's worth grading if you plan to sell it, otherwise I would just put it in a nice air-tite. I would call it AU-53.

nice coin I would not grade it unless you want to sell it either.does anyone believe this coin was cleaned I may be wrong but I think it was dipped in a solvent.

Looks to be a very nice coin. I would send it in for grading.
