Did you compare it to a known real coin ? To me it has warning signs of it being a fake due to the roundness of the devices and dentils . But I'm not versed in Oriental coinage so I could be wrong . Hope I am . I'd wait till someone more knowledgeable comes along . BTW Welcome to CT .

Other than the bunch of hairlines, I do think it is real. Here is one that I used to own that is authentic.

Details look ok, and aside from being cleaned the surface appears normal too. That dark spot indicates someone tested it with acid, if it's a dark grayish/green color that would be correct for the purity silver this coin is supposed to be.

yea mst research i have found of other coins that has been certified has the diameter of 39mm since it was probably tested with acid could it still be graded.

It would receive a details grade from NGC or simply authentication with no grade from PCGS. The acid test is considered damage.

Maybe PCGS restoration or NCS can do the job with the spots....?

On the fourth photo you were holding the coin with your fingers on the front and back, this is NOT good for the coin. The "approved" way to hold coins is by the edges.

I hope I don't sound mean, but it's a matter of preserving the coins:) .
