not sure if you can tell but theres also tiny scratches running in all directions which makes me think it was cleaned

seller said hes been doing this for 13 years so he would know if it was cleaned but then again hes also the one that said it was unc. he then said hed refund me if i sent it back but its going to cost almost the amount of the refund to send it back

 

Even if its truly UNC, poor eye appeal IMO.

 

the cartwheel luster dosent show up in the scan it also sparkles kinda because of the thin scratches

i believe you ive never had any unc foreigns. im trying to get opions on it being cleaned because he says it isent but i can see it is.

I don't think that those are the same coin.
The one in your picture does not look unc to me.
But for 3 bucks what's there to say...

There is no nick behind the nape of the neck on the seller's pic, but there are several on the one you got.

 

actual its not the same heres the orginal 2x2 notice the writting is different

the auction did not say that it wouldnt be the exact coin but it says there were two sold

actual I only payed $2.32 because it was a best offer and thats all i had in pay pal at the time

I don`t think I would buy anything from a seller on Ebay who has 13 negative comments in the last 12 months. Even if it was only $2.32

 

It was an okay buy at $2.32, but I wouldn't pay BU prices for that thing.
