here is a few images of my two struck thru Minnesota quarters . These have been lost in my coin boxes for close to a year and I finally found them today. the unusal thing about this coin is that I have another one that is a perfect match to this one. this was the only two that I found from a entire box of new quarters back in 2005 , so this may be the only ones like this. what makes them so unusal is how did the stuff that got pushed into the coins remain on the die to make another coin exactly like the first one. In my opinion this is probably die droppings from a filled die that somehow got stuck onto the coin dies. this is also on the obverse sides of these coins in a smaller amount plus a large round hole in Washington's hair on both coins . I nicknamed these the grand finale fireworks coins , it looks like the sunken in holes start from the top of one of the trees.
that sounds like a good idea . I have a lot of good coins that needs to go on Ebay . I used to sell things on Ebay then had to have open heart surgery and it has slowed me down. it is a little bit hard to pack things for the Ebay buyers .
