Yeah buddy, I did that with my now 9 year old daughter, let her search etc. She wanted to keep her finds. And she does. She is a monster of my own creation. I wish she would go play with dollies or something.

I got home tonight and she (Jenny my girl friend) let me search all of the $100 dimes. I found 1 Aruba 2003 10 C. that has maybe double the thickness of 2 dimes. oh and she found another Canadian 1979 dime not silver, but is her birth year. in the $100 in dimes before this last $100 in dimes. how funny is that ? lol

You can also find lots and lots of British 5 pence coins - they are dime sized but about half again thicker.

    Box #67 of Halves: 3-40%, 1-Ben
    Box #68 of Halves: 3-40%
Box #69 of Halves: 100% 2001's. But I showed them! I searched every single roll. Ha!
    Box #70 of Halves: Skunk
Box #71 of Halves: Let's just say that with only brand new 2001's showing on all the ends, there may be some silver in that box. Returning the whole box unsearched. That's a first for me!
    Box #72 of Halves: 1-40%

Interesting with the complete boxes of 2001's... what kind of shape were they in? Did they look to be fresh from the mint (12 yrs ago?) LOL!!!

A bank a bit of out of town that is usually slightly snarky about giving out rolled coin, so I walked out with $20 CWR dimes but pulled a 1964-D, $22 worth of CWR nickels and pulled one dateless buffer and 5 pre-1960s.

Always take rolled coin, even if only small amounts because just like the box of chocolates you never know what you're going to find.
