I had a few dollars worth of wheat cents rolled and put in a drawer and thought..what a waste. So, I took a mason jar that was made into a lamp and emptied them into it. Nothing but 40s and 50s but it's pretty cool to look at on my desk.
I am new to forums and know nothing about coins. My husband inherited some coins from is grandfather. Would u be willing to look at them and tell me what there worth?
Maybe you could take some pictures and post them. You can also 'google' coin values to get an idea of what you have. I am far from being a professional but there are many on this site that are always ready to share their expertise.
can you postpoctures of the reverse( back ) of each coin? We have to know the Mintmark to tell what place the coin was made, and varying on mintmarks, the coin's value varies significantly. And, make sure that you NEVER ATTEMPT TO CLEAN THEM, as it actually decreases its value.
