So I grabbed a box of cents yesterday morning while I was out running errands. It was a stinker for wheats (only 3) but I did pull my 3rd 1995 DDO. It's not in the greatest shape but what can you expect from a box of cruddy pennies... Just wanted to show it off since I got my new USB microscope.

Thanks. You think it would be worth it to get rid of that verdigris on the obverse? The reverse is pretty much pristine.

How many boxes did you have to go through to find the 3 1995 double dies?

Just shy of 107 boxes if you total everything out. 83 so far this year this year. That's netted me the 3 95 DDO's, a 72 DDO2, and my baby, a 72 DDO1.

What is the difference between a DDO2 and a DDO1?

Thank you. The 1972 DDO1 is worth a lot more, but do you know if it is a counterfeit?

99.9% sure it's legit. It has the right die gouge and is the correct weight. Also, I found it roll searching so it's not like someone stood to make a buck off selling it to me. I'm only a few hours south of Philly so I have had pretty good luck in finding Philly errors/varieties.
