I have been putting this coin collection together for a week .. I sold all my others, Here 1909-1930 book missing a few coins and a book 1930-1958 then just a bunch of better coins i put in holders.. what would be a good selling price? I did a sheet and went by the red book and I am just over 1900.00 . But not sure. Some error coins 200 coins or so.

The double die should look like this ... 01-Lincoln 1955 Double Die.jpg

You're looks like a double struck D error. I"m not sure if there is any added value or not as I'm not an expert on wheat penny errors.

The correct terminology is "repunched mintmark". It is not a double struck error.

Thanks, I've collected for a lot of years and then life got in the way for about 20 or 30 years so I"m not up on all the terminology. I even had to look up what whizzed coin was. I thought maybe someone peed on it or something. :)

Yeah, it it hard to tell from the photo, but you never know what you'll find on eBay and I don't mean that necessarily in a good way.
