Has anyone used this service? I can't seem to get past the first step of the submission process. When I try to move to step 2, I just get an error loading page message.

I'm wondering if I am entering the info wrong. The first thing it asks for when you click submit US coins is eBay account #. I assume this is the username. Is there a seperate number that is related to the eBay account other than the username?

I'm rarely able to get to a phone during NGC's business hours to ask for help. I don't have enough worth grading to justify a collector's society membership, and my local dealer does not submit coins for grading... so this seemed the best option... except that I can't seem to get it to work. Have tried in both Firefox and IE...

No, all I get is a generic browser based error... cannot display page or lost connection to server... depending on the browser.

Once you start filling out the forms - forget about the EB line, just skip it. In step one just fill in your name and address etc and don't forget the check the Shipping Type you want. I took it to the last step just by filling in dummy info - so it worked fine for me. Give it another try.

On a dummy run it insisted on an EB number, but accepted "123".

oh... I am a Firefox loyalist and have v2. I only open IE for sites that aren't FF compatible... such as for paying my gas bill.

No, I'm thinking there's something else screwed up in my system. I'm having the same problem getting into one of my banks' online services. Have cleared temp files, rebooted, all of that... have been running this same OS install for 4 years now with multiple hardware upgrades and software changes... I think something just junked up. It may be time to wipe the system and start fresh.

I thank everyone who gave it a try... at least I know for certain that it's an issue on my end.
