I received one of these as payment yesterday. Is it worth more than face value?

    It is slightly miscut and from 1977. Any thoughts?

    i would also say it's more of a printing issue then a cutting issue. since the back of the note is centered pretty well compared to the front. if it was a cutting error or miscut it would be noticeable on both sides.
