Nebraska State Quarter -- Vote for your Favorite!!

Nebraska, my native state, is conducting a non-binding poll on designs for their state quarter. So even if you are not a Cornhusker, vote anyway, so we get an attractive State Quarter.

Personally, I like the Sower (#1) or Chimney Rock/Covered Wagon (#6).

I like #3 also. I was born in Nebraska (though we left before I was a year old), and I guess I need to be true to my Indian ancestry (1/4 Shawnee).

 

I agree with #6

 

Always been a fan of the old West. I chose #16 with the horse and rider and the old train.

 

#6 for me - looks like it would make a interesting relief on a coin. Plus, it is a beautiful design.

But couldn't the committee come up with less than 25 options! I mean, come on; I'm OK with decision by committee, but 25 choices just smacks of "Don't blame the design on me"....
