Looks like the reverse of this 1991 is pretty broken up. One break thru the E in United, Break on right of memorial (I originally thought it was a scratch, but I can see metal squeezing out). A small break below the statue. A little break at the base of column one. A trough below that - not exactly sure what that is. Unum kind of looks doubled but it probably split-line doubling. Finally the two rocks at the bottom left look doubled, but again probably split-line doubling. Second nine looks like a little split. All in all a pretty messed up coin. Lou
