I got a refund from somebody here at ct as a paypal gift and i was going to buy an album

im trying to order a 20thand21st century whitman type set album amazon dosent take paypal and the one on ebay wont let me use paypal ether

i need to figure out a way to buy this item

maybe some ones has this album for sale that takes paypal or some one can purcase it for me and get it directly shipped to me

so far iv found jakes coin suply and wizard coin

jakes is $23.11 with shipping and wizards is $25

which site is better and is there any others i should check the only place iv ever baught coin stuff from is ebay amazon or my lcs

 

I like wizard coin supply! Great customer service! I haven't heard of jakes, though. I can't think of any other besides ordering it from Whitman themselves.

 

whitman dosent take paypal that was the first place cus i was going to order a state quarter album (not folder) with 2 unc quarters free for $5 at the same time and use my $10 off coupon for my wife. Iv got $28 and i want to find the cheapest place for this whitman album so i can spend the remander on a coin that i dont have in my folder for this album

 

Oh. Well then wizard should work if they take paypal. It sure would save you money if you could get it on ebay, though.

I had a problem with valley coin at one point, and IMO they are a pain to deal with. I will never buy from them now. For anything.

Anyways, you may want to go to Amazon to pick it up. One thing you can do if you don't have a CC to use on Amazon, is there are coin machines in stores where instead of taking a commission for counting your change and giving you the money at the store, you can take it in 'trade' with no money deducted and take it as a 'coupon' that you can use on Amazon. Or ask a parent or friend to order from Amazon and pay them for it.

 

OR you could buy a amazon giftcard? LOL

 

Wizard is excellent and lightning quick with their shipping but I don't think they take pay-pal.

 

i have no money on the debit card i have connected to amazon i lost my job so no money right now other then the pay pal gift i recieved so the coin machine route wont work ether if i had the funds to do that id just get another debit card. I sulpose i could get the paypal debit card but i dont want to wait the weeks to get this album. Im pretty sure i seen pay pal as payment on wizard some where last night but there the more exspecive of the two

 

any body know a website that takes pay pal and gives you a coupon when you sign up.
whitman gave me a $10 off $20+ coupon when i signed up. This would be great for this purchase but only if they used paypal

I started off wanting the littelton 20th century album to match my mercs and wheat albums. I found that whitmans has more holes. but i still wanted the green one intill i seen the 20th and 21st century one but im not sure what date the 21st century stops at in this album. im going for the double album because i can start off with better grade cheaper modern coins to add to the 20th century folder coins i already have then upgrade later.


on another note the whitman 20th century type albums has 10 more holes then the double album not sure why that is.

 

I seen it was the 20th century, but I wasnt sure if JP's didnt just write the shorthand for it. You may want to call them and see if they have it or if the one they are listing is for both and they just didnt type that all the way out.

I called and talked to a lady the album is the 20th/21st century one and shes going to change it on the website she didnt know that whitman changed there type set album.
but im a little more confused now because she said the last date is 2009 but all the discrptions say it goes up to shield reverse penny which was 2010?
