Stopped in my bank today to cash a check for $24. Costed me.
First I note she had some Ike's and halves in her till. I said well I will buy them all. Ended up with $37 in Ike's, three rolls of halves on top of another $5.50 in halves. Suppose I may go through an search for varieties. I feel sad somewhat knowing someone came off them in hard times and, yet....

I always ask for Ikes and halves.. and even if there's nothing special in the mix, they only cost you face, so you can spend 'em (or, as I do, sell 'em at the local flea market for a profit).

I have 150 Ike's from someone who turned them in. Mostly bicentennials. Where should I sell for profit?

Flea markets make a good selling venue. The general public is generally mystified when they see these coins and will happily pay a premium.

I don't have any flea markets near me :( anywhere else? Maybe online?

Maybe, but probably not. :( Can't think of anywhere else. Sell them to your friends on Facebook. LOL!

    Try Craig's list.
I enjoy throwing them in tip jars. Would love to see the reaction when they are counting them up at the end of the night

I was thinking about that, but would anyone actually go on cragslist to look for coins that didn't already know how worthless they are?
