That is cool! Apparently 1990 is a scarcer 90's date w/ dual denom errors. I handled an NGC 65 ... or maybe it was 66... sometime last year and it turned out to be worth significantly more than any of the late 90's dual denoms of the same grade. Yours appears to be up in the "gem" category as well. You'll get the best return if it's certified.

It came in a roll of cents. Someone threw a dime into the cents pressing machines and it stayed with the cents.
First to guess the grade it gets wins it? You are right about the HIGH grade. 67? Since it is a cent, I wonder if it could get a red designation.
