It looks like the coin has been damaged . a cud is always at the rim of a coin and if something looks like a cud appears elsewhere on a coin it usually is called a die chip or die break. cuds and die chips happen when part of a coin die breaks and falls away from the die leaving a hollow space on the die for the coins metal to get pushed into.

yes, as stated, a cud MUST involve the rim

Can someone tell me if this is an error? The top of his head has a sink and there is something between God -We.

Not on the head, there is a little piece about the God We.. Can see 2 small lines coming from the letter E.

Do you have an address where I can mail the coin and let someone look at it.. I am having no luck with the addresses in the coin books I bought..

Connie I can see the coin really good in your photos and it looks like it is only PMD which means post mint damage. even if it was some type of a error it would be so insignificant it would not be worth much at all. keep studying coins and before long you can learn how to tell a mint error from after mint damage.

Thanks for looking at this! I am not good at grading coins, but I do know
that it doesn't look like it got damaged after the printing.. it had to of happened before.
Because it looks normal, under the magnifying glass.. Not scratched or anything, looks like a line coming from the top of the E where it is dark, no shine to the dark spot, and it goes all down the head to the bottom.. But Rascal said it was PMD.. So I will just keep looking... You all are such helpers.. Thanks so very much!
