I recently bought a corroded and cleaned with rim damage 1803 large cent for $15 on Ebay. When I got it I noticed it's diameter was smaller then large cent from it's time but exactly like a quarter from it's time or a 1850s era large cent. It's edge's diameter is the same as a 1850s era large cent too. I don't think anyone would fake a AG details corroded and cleaned with rim damage 1803 large cent. What do you think the error is (If any), and how much is it worth. I have pictures of it from another post so here is the link. http://www.cointalk.com/threads/1803-large-cent-grade.2325
P.S. I did notice some post colonial but pre federal issue coins with this diameter

That coin looks like it's been spooned, which would reduce the diameter and value.
