Like all the other coins you have asked about, it depends on condition. That said, Charlton's 2006 edition says $1 EF-AU, $2 MS60 brown, $15 MS63 red-brown, $70 MS64 red, and $250 MS65 brown (sic!). All values are in Canadian dollars, ~86.5¢ US. No varieties are listed for that year. Mintage is listed as 80,430,379, the highest year for that 1948-52 coin.
Roy,there are actually 3 types of Canadian 5c. coins that were issued in 1951 - the commemorative, plus 2 obverse varieties (High & Low relief). Aidan.
Defiant7,you're right, about them referring to the 1c. coin.I've been feeling a bit tired today,as I've been up late every night since I bought my new computer exactly a fortnight ago. Aidan.
