I believe this is a 2 soldiers reverse type as used by Constantine the Great and his sons. Compare to the ones on my page: http://www.forumancientcoins.com/dougsmith/dd02.html I believe I see AN in the mintmark which would make it Antioch mint but the obverse is not clear enough to assign it to one of the rulers that used the type.
