Make sure you read what the seller put in the description. "Taken From a BEP Issued Uncut Sheet" This I believe is their shady way of saying they cut it from a uncut sheet them selves. IMO
Yeah, I saw his "disclaimer". I sent him an e-mail giving him a heads-up about laws covering "defacing" (includes cutting) U.S. currency.
they have been selling those on ebay for years. people will get suckered even though it states how the note came to be
I guess this shouldn't surprise me, but I was amazed reading the very positive comments given to this seller from folks who bought these botched sheets. He doesn't have them listed any longer. . . There will apparently be some disappointed would-be buyers.
Please don't go rushing into this and bid. As they said Taken from an uncut bep sheet. So that means they cut the bills up you are getting nothing but a bad deal.
I've heard of this scam but I have never seen an actual example of this before. Nice work catching and posting it.
