Please tell me if you know anything about this coin. There is no mintmark, but there is a dot under the date. Please tell me if you think it is worth anything. Thanks

A Philadelphia-minted 1986 US cent with a small depression caused by either being struck through a speck of foreign material, or post mint damage, is worth exactly ¥0.794 at current exchange rates. (9:53 a.m. PDT, 6/28/12)

Well, I've seen one before I think it is Post Mint damage.

well it might be a mint mistake. i am new at this but since it is an error it may be worth a little more than an average penny but i wouldnt expect it to be worth more thank 2-3 cents.
